Colleagues & Interested Parties,

The Office of Capital Planning & Development has been working in collaboration with Space Administration, Facilities Management, and Capital Budget to develop a new Capital Planning process for the 2011-13 biennium and 10-year Capital Plan. The goal is to have a process that is open, strategically driven, and transparent.

With that in mind, we have posted the proposed process, forms, and timeline at http://www.wwu.edu/wwuarchitect.

We are interested in your thoughts and suggestions about the new process, or any other comments and questions regarding Western’s Capital Program. Post your comments here, or contact Rick Benner at Rick.Benner@wwu.edu or 650-3550.
