I was wondering if there is any interest in starting a casual circuit training group. The premise is that people would get together once or twice a week and circuit train. It would be on a football or grass field and there would be 8 or 10 stations. Then people would start somewhere, probably in pairs and spend about 30 or 45 seconds at each station doing the specified activity. All of the time specifications and exercise stations would be open to to whatever the group could collectively decide on.
The reason I am volunteering this idea is that I would like to work on my fast twitch muscles but hate track workouts with a passion. Mostly because I'm not fast enough to really get anything out of it. Plus there is probably something already like this and great if there is. But I haven't heard or seen anything about it. As of right now I don't have equipment for most of the stuff and I'm not a personal trainer. Despite that I'm sure we could figure something out. I have participated in something like this before and it was sooo much fun.
So just let me know what everybody's thinking and have a great weekend! Oh yeah all ability levels would be welcome. By no means do you have to be a super athlete. Lord knows I'm not.
Thanks, Kelsey Zane

Hmmm. I'm interested, I know that clubs get $50 a year, if that would help. I have never done anything like this before but I am very much into fitness. Email me at amanda.westcott@gmail.com or call/text me at 503-679-5079
