Hello, I am looking to sublet my room for spring quarter (April-June) or even earlier like March. I live in Taylor Heights Apartments which is behind University Heights less than a block away from Campus Services of south campus, so school is a ten minute walk away. You have to be a girl for the way this place is set up. Rent is $385 a month with utilities included. There is a $200 transfer fee but you get to keep the $150 deposit at the end so its a good deal for a temporary fix. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment so you can save your quarters. You typically share a bathroom with one of the girls. All 3 girls living here are very nice and respectful girls. If you're a slob though I suggest you look elsewhere because they like to keep the common areas clean...your bedroom is a different story. You do have the option of renewing your lease 9 months or 12 months.
