...who works at the Amtrak/Greyhound station. Some public transportation trips can be daunting, whether it's the destination or purpose of travel, or the long hours you're expecting to be sitting in uncomfortable chairs next to strangers or too close to the bathroom...yadda yadda...anyways, the coffee girl at the station always starts my trips off in the right direction. Not only does she make great drinks, she is friendly to every single customer, seems genuinely interested in their travels and doesn't rush things even if she's super swamped trying to make a little something to eat/drink for hurried patrons.
Props to you, coffee lady! Keep up the good work!

Props to you for giving props to her. If you haven't yet, you should send a note/call over there/go tell her in person/whatever. Sometimes a kind word means a whole lot to someone --- I'm sure she'd appreciate your thoughts.
It's just nice to see someone on the forum taking the time to write something positive about someone like that. I'm glad that this person makes enough of an impact to inspire you to write something on here. Make sure to pass on that kindness to others, too, so that maybe others out there think of you as a 'coffee lady' yourself --- wouldn't that be a great world? :-)
