2nd floor apartment in a fairly new building, 600sqft. 1 person. Water/Sewer/Garbage all included in rent. Basic cable included in rent ($535/mo). Electricity ranges from about $30 a month in summer to about $60 a month in winter, but I keep my thermostat pretty low and wear sweaters and cook a lot to use the heat from the oven. This is in the Bellingham area.
My boyfriend lives in the south Seattle area, in a 2nd floor apartment, 700sqft, in a relatively new building. 1 person. Sewer and Garbage is included in rent ($750/mo). Water is roughtly $40 a month. Electricity ranges from $30 in summer to $60 in winter.
This last winter was crazy for both of us because of the SNOWPOCALYPSE.
I live in a bottom floor 3 bedroom apartment in Bellingham. Water/sewer/gas included in the rent ($850). Our heat is all electric and the bill has been anywhere between $75 (December) and $30 (last August). So with three people, it was between $10 and $25 per person for the electric bill.
4 people in a shitty old house in Bellingham who split everything 4 ways:
Note: we do not have gas as our entire heating, water heating and washer and dryer all use electric
We also allocate our bi-monthly trash and water bills into a monthly payment/savings system as to not have "high" and "low" bill months.
January (highest usage) utilities per person
Electric: $76.87
Internet: $7.06
Water: $14.77
Garbage: $8.29
June (lowest usage) utilities per person
Electric: $21.24
Internet: $4.48
Water: $16.25
Garbage: $8.29
I live in a house in Bham with a total of 5 people living here. Our landlord actually covers our garbage and water for us. but like the last person said, everything is done through electricity not gas or anything and during the winter we got close to paying about $150 each for the electricty I think, and that's even with keeping our heaters at about 55 degrees, but we lose a ton of heat thru the ceiling and stuff cuz there's crap insulation. However in the summer electricity has been as low as about $10 ish. But then that was last summer when there was really only one of my roommates living here...

Super-Studio Condo-Style (if that makes sense, lol), 1 person, Water / Sewer / Garbage all included in rent, Electricty / heat depends on months... Spring / Summer / Early Fall months tends to be about $30 a month... The rest of the year varies... I had one month where it was nearly $100, but that was end of the year (December) with all the weird snowstorms...
Edit: Whoops, forgot to include location... This is Bellingham
