I'm new to crocheting and really enjoy it but need help from someone with more experience. Anyone willing to help me with a project or interested in forming an informal fiber arts group? I'm interested in a group to share projects of all kinds (sewing, knitting, crocheting, cross stitching, etc) and help each other out.

There is a formal club for fiber arts! The Knitting Circle in the library meets every Wednesday at 4pm in Wilson Library 268 (by the microforms and newspapers). Even though it is a knitting club, all fiber arts are welcome.
You can contact Julene for more information @ Julene.Sodt@wwu.edu
The Library Knitting Circle is meeting again this year. Wednesday at 4:00 pm is the time. Wilson 2nd floor West in room 268 is the location. Last year we had quite a large group on occasion and almost always a crochet enthusiast. One student (a guy) made a fantastic crocheted dragon puppet. We are just beginning to get the publicity out again! Please come if you can!
HI,
I teach Fibers/Fabrics in the art department. I can help you to make 3D forms with crochet. I don't know many patterns but I can show some. I have images of my students work too. I also teach various mediums in Fiber arts. If you are interested please let me know. My office hours are T &Th 2-3:30

Does the group that meets in the library stay past five o'clock very often?
I would be interested in coming, if folks stay until six or so.

I'd be into that, I mostly knit wherever I am, but getting together is always fun.
