About Finn
I'm one of the exalted -- or is it lowly? -- moderators here. At a minimum, I'm considered quirky by my friends, at worst, an evil genius. I'm currently studying financial economics and preparing for the chartered financial analyst exams. My primary research interests are in derivatives and model risk. Hopefully I'll be off to Oxford, Cambridge or the London School of Economics for a PhD in the future. I've also attended Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia and Reed College in Portland, OR. studying computer science and electrical and computer engineering. In addition to uni, I manage IT, marketing, research and development, and financial analysis for a local firm. If you ever have obscure questions about finance or economic theory, I'm your man.
